Prism Plus is growing We are currently seeking a creative, highly motivated and organized Talent Acquisition Intern to join our team.

The internship will provide an undergraduate or graduate student an opportunity to gain experience in a very fast-paced, small business environment.

Job Description:

Manage job posts in Applicant Tracking System (Workable) and externally to various career sites and job portal.
Responsible for updating the applicant tracking system.
Assist in open enrolment procedures (fairs, education reports, etc.)
Perform administrative tasks.
Participate in ad hoc projects as needed.

Requirements:

Qualifications:

Current college student, Juniors, or Seniors, (preferable majoring in Human Resources Management and/or Business Administration)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Able to work in a fast pace environment
Proficient in Office365 tools
Able to maintain confidentiality of sensitive HR information.
Proficiency in the use of social media platforms (LinkedIn)
