Roles and Responsibilities


  • Lead the project implementation and involved in various stages of the SDLC.
  • Conduct user requirement analysis for the development / implementation of new systems and for enhancements to existing systems, including involvement in the system integration testing phase.
  • Evaluate potential solutions and make recommendations to resolve business problems.
  • Conduct end user training for system implementations or enhancements.
  • Liaise closely with business users and build good rapport.
  • Manage a team by monitoring the work progress to meet project requirements for medium to large projects.
  • Provide guidance and coaching to junior team members.
Requirements / Qualifications


  • A recognized diploma / degree in IT or related discipline
  • At least 6 years of hands-on experience in software development and maintenance support
  • Possesses an excellent understanding of business requirements and IT strategies
systems.

  • Good problem solving and analytical skills to resolve technical problems;
  • Good communication skills and a team player to work in a dynamic and high performing environment.
  • Strong Knowledge and understanding of IT industry environment and business needs
  • With Microsoft Dynamis 365 experience is an advantage
