About the role
The ICC Academy is ICC's educational arm and supports our mission by providing a wide range of specialised certification programmes, short-online courses and customisable workshops for professionals and businesses operating internationally. We have trained thousands of professionals in more than 100 countries and our qualifications are recognised and accredited globally.
We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to define and lead the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ICC Academy's learning portfolio. This role is critical to ICC Academy's mid-term growth plan and ambition to become a global leader in professional trade education.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Strategy and roadmap. Define the overall product vision, strategy, and roadmap for ICC Academy's courses, certifications, and digital platforms – anchored to revenue growth, profitability, and long-term scalability.
- Revenue growth and optimisation. Drive product-led revenue by aligning with B2B/B2C/Website sales strategies, pricing models, upsell/cross-sell opportunities, renewals, and bundled offerings. Optimise revenue levers such as access periods, subscription models, enterprise packages, and accreditation-linked pricing.
- Innovation and AI. Drive integration of AI-powered learning, digital library enhancements, and other future-proofing initiatives that increase adoption, engagement, and lifetime value.
- Leadership. Oversee the Learning Design team, ensuring high-quality, on-time delivery of courses and certifications, while aligning output with ICC Academy's mid-term revenue acceleration strategy.
- Thought leadership and brand positioning. Position ICC Academy as a credible authority in professional education and champion strategic initiatives that enhance the ICC Academy's impact, visibility, and credibility in global trade learning through speaking events.
- Stakeholder engagement. Act as the primary interface with ICC's global network, regulators, banks, universities, enterprise clients.
- Portfolio ownership. Own the end-to-end product portfolio. Prioritise development of high-impact certifications, courses, and digital solutions. Make data-driven decisions on what to launch, enhance, bundle, sunset, or scale to maximise revenue and relevance.
- Market intelligence and commercial insights. Continuously scan the market, conduct competitor benchmarking, and engage with ICC national committees, banks, corporates, and regulators to identify unmet needs. Translate insights into new revenue-generating product opportunities and market-entry strategies.

Your profile
Do not hesitate to apply if you:
- Have a minimum of eight to ten years of experience in product management, instructional design, or educational innovation, ideally within the professional education, edtech, or certification space.
- Have strong grounding in trade finance and international business (familiarity with ICC's trade terms, global trade practices, or financial instruments is highly advantageous).
- Have a proven track record of driving commercial success through product innovation, lifecycle management, and data-driven strategies.
- Can translate market insights into profitable, scalable models and apply expertise in pricing, market analysis, and ROI optimisation across B2B, B2C, and digital channels.
- Possess a deep understanding of adult learning theory, digital pedagogy, and hybrid/blended learning design, with experience integrating technologies such as AI, adaptive learning, and gamification.
- Are perfectly comfortable with learning technologies and ecosystems (LMS, content management systems, AI content tools, analytics dashboards).
- Have exceptional communication, influencing and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Have a global mindset with an ability to lead multicultural teams and partnerships.
