    The role of the Benefits Realisation and Business Transformation Manager will be fundamental in helping us deliver on this vision.

    As a Benefits Realisation and Business Transformation Manager, you will play a key role in a strategic digital transformation initiative where you will be part of the digital planning and development team and take responsibility in valuing and tracking the benefits realisation of our Global enterprise data transformation programme.

    This includes valuation of new use cases and quick wins, prioritisation of initiatives based on value and effort, tracking and actualisation of benefits, and ExCo-level reporting of the overall programme performance.

    You will be required to work closely with both our Functional and Regional leads to drive highly reliable financial reporting and business casing, driving decision making.

    Accountabilities

    Business partner with senior management team, cross-functional business leads and regional leads to develop and refine data transformation-related business casesPlay a key role in realising tangible and measurable outcomes from the programme and beyondEnsure that every use case submitted is consistently and diligently appraised, then prioritised for delivery based on returnUnderstand and adopt the Dyson Business transformation framework for benefits realisation to ensure recognition by the Global Finance team and alignment with other transformation programmesWork closely with the other Finance Business Partners around Dyson to build an understanding of how data can drive tangible benefits in their Function/Market, and drive adoption of the data transformation programme by demonstrating the value of itKeep the 5-year benefits realisation plan updated with new inputs and re-baselined informationReport accurately and diligently to non-Data senior stakeholders (ExCo, Board) consolidated benefits in an accessible waySupport ad-hoc reviews and numbers-driven analysis about the data transformation programmeIndependently conduct regular review meetings with the Business ownersWork closely with the rest of the data transformation programme team (Programme management, Delivery squads, Transformation Director) to ensure constant alignment and a shared, common understanding of the numbersDrive continuous value enhancement by identifying opportunities and initiatives to deliver efficiencies and higher returns for the data transformation programmeBuild strong relations across the organisation and provide financial expertise when requiredRequired Experience

    7+ years of relevant experience working on business casing, transformation programme and benefits realisationFinance Business Partnering experience with senior stakeholders in a Global matrix organisationExtensive experience within a financial planning and analysis or Commercial finance environmentExperience working with or in a Data/IT/Digital team/programmeProven track record of leading investment appraisal/financial modelling to drive business decisionsAbility to deliver complex analysis in a very accessible, structured way to Executive stakeholdersAbility to challenge the financial assumptions made, constructively questioning and understanding Functional challenges to be solved with data transformationSolid accounting skills, diligent and accurateExcellent Excel and PowerPoint skills, including being comfortable with advanced formulae, charting and storytelling with an eye for detailA team player with a positive, 'can do' attitude and the ability to be flexible yet have a disciplined approachStrong communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a simple, structured way to support business decisionsExcellent time management skills, ability to prioritise workload and ability to work to strict reporting deadlinesExcellent spoken and written professional EnglishA Qualified accountant is desirable but not essential
