Product Owner - Singapore - Etiqa Insurance
Description
Scope Overview
- Define and communicate product vision, goals and roadmap
- Maintain product backlog and perform backlog grooming
- Decide on priority of backlog items in order to deliver maximised outputs aligned with the needs of customers and business stakeholders
- Manage testing execution and timeline, and ensure satisfactory delivery of product backlogs
- Coordinate and facilitate scrum activities including sprint planning, stand ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives
- Identify and monitor business metrics
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Scrum Master, preferably from the financial industry
- Strong knowledge of agile methodology
- Demonstrated track record in implementation and value delivery
- High level of communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced environment
- Ability to analyse complex issues and propose appropriate solutions
