Position Overview:

As a Project Engineer with experience at Wholetech System Hitech (S) Pte Ltd, you will assume a leadership role in managing and overseeing semiconductor plant projects, piping installations, and construction management activities.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while adhering to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Project Leadership:

Assume a leadership role in project planning, scheduling, and execution for semiconductor plant projects and piping works.
Develop and manage comprehensive project plans, encompassing scope, budget, timelines, and resource allocation.
Lead project teams, providing guidance, direction, and technical expertise.

Technical Expertise:

Collaborate with engineering teams to review and approve design specifications, ensuring they meet client requirements and safety standards.

Construction Management:

Oversee onsite construction activities, emphasizing safety, quality, and adherence to project plans.
Foster effective communication and coordination with subcontractors, suppliers, and construction crews to maintain project schedules and budgets.

Quality Assurance:

Implement rigorous quality control measures to ensure project deliverables surpass client expectations.
Conduct inspections and audits to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Budget and Cost Control:

Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and identify costsaving opportunities.
Assist in preparing cost estimates and proposals for new projects.

Client Engagement:

Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as a key point of contact throughout project lifecycles.
Address client concerns, provide regular project updates, and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

At least Diploma in Engineering (Mechanical, Civil, or related field).
Building Construction Supervisor Course (BCSS) will be preferred. Training can be arranged to those necessary. Any other WSH related course will be added advantage.
A minimum of
10 years of experience in semiconductor plant construction, piping works, and construction management.
Demonstrated experience in a leadership role on complex projects.
Proficiency in project management software and tools.
Strong knowledge of semiconductor industry standards, piping systems, and construction best practices.
Exceptional communication and leadership skills.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaced, teamoriented environment.
PMP or relevant certifications (preferred but not required).
