Job Description:

As a QEM PQE YIELD Intern at Micron Technology, Inc., you will support the semiconductor memory manufacturing efforts for automation to help on yield metrics monitoring and improve datamining workflow efficiency.

Job Scope:
- create automation script to monitor yield metrics

Optimize datamining workflow by automated and simplify repetitive step.

Deliverable:

Create python/C++ script to automate yield dashboard

Period:
Summer Internship (May to August)
