The Role

You will take charge of the complete project management lifecycle for Web 3.0 ventures, guiding them from inception to fruition, ensuring adherence to schedules and budgets. You will partner closely with interdisciplinary teams, comprising developers, designers, and product managers, to delineate project requisites, boundaries, and objectives. Devise thorough project blueprints encompassing resource allotment, task delegation, and risk mitigation plans, facilitating successful project outcomes. Continuously monitor project advancement and efficacy, promptly identifying potential challenges or impediments and implementing proactive measures to ensure project triumph. Disseminate project status updates, milestones, and deliverables to stakeholders, including senior management, clients, and external collaborators, in an articulate and succinct manner. Nurture a collaborative and inclusive team ambiance, fostering knowledge exchange, ongoing learning, and adherence to top practices in technology project management. Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in Web 3.0 technologies, blockchain protocols, and decentralized applications, leveraging this insight to drive innovation and competitive edge. Serve as a proficient authority on Web 3.0 technologies, extending guidance and assistance to internal teams and external associates as required. Identify avenues for process enhancement and optimization within the project management framework, bolstering efficiencies and refining overall project delivery capabilities. Represent the company at industry gatherings, conferences, and networking platforms to cultivate relationships, share expertise, and contribute to thought leadership within the Web 3.0 arena.

Your Profile

You must have Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology (with PMP or equivalent certification preferred) with demonstrated expertise of 7 years plus in technology project management, specializing in Web 3.0 solutions, blockchain, or decentralized applications. Thorough comprehension of Web 3.0 technologies, encompassing blockchain fundamentals, decentralized networks, smart contracts, and token economics. Proficient in conveying technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Proficiency in various project management methodologies, exceptional leadership, communication, and motivating teams toward shared objectives. Proven track record of steering intricate technology projects from inception to completion, delivering superior outcomes within stipulated timelines and budgets. Strong analytical and problem-solving prowess, coupled with meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to continual enhancement. Experience thriving in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with stringent deadlines and evolving priorities.
