Job Title: Accounts Assistant (ID8131)

Location: Joo Koon

Working Hour: 5 days work Monday-Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm,
Saturday 8:30m – 12pm (Alternate Saturday)

Salary: $2500 - $2900

Job Description:

• With experience (perform Accounts Receivable Duties)
• Performing system entries for all Accounts Receivable (AR)
  sales invoices, credit notes
• Follow up with internal sales team & customers for
  missing documents & outstanding sales invoices
• Generate monthly statement of accounts and update AR aging
  report on a monthly basis
• Ensure proper and systematic filling is done in a timely
  and accurate manner
• Perform other admin and accounting duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Able to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment.
• Well organized, meticulous, detail oriented, good
  interpersonal and communication skills
• Min at least 2 years of relevant experience in Accounts
  Receivable function
• Able to handle emails
