    Roles & Responsibilities

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Financial Reporting / Management & Reviews

    · Preparation of payments for approval

    · Manage financial transactions related to rentals, sales and associated services

    · Maintain accurate records of income, expenses and inventory

    · Keep track of Inventory levels for merchandise and coordinate with suppliers to replenish stock

    · Conduct regular inventory audits to maintain accuracy and minimize discrepancies

    · Perform daily reconciliation of revenue & collection from rentals and merchandise sales

    · Prepare timely and accurate management accounts

    · Prepare and maintain full sets of financial reports

    · Prepare reports on monthly results/variances for financial review

    · Prepare monthly cash flow projection

    · Prepare reports in accordance to statutory requirements

    · Prepare yearly budgeting and forecasting

    · Prepare and update business plans and performance review

    · Prepare contract terms & conditions including company legal documents

    · Assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisors

    Audit and Taxation

    · Prepare and collate information for statutory audit and tax filing matters including liaising with professionals

    · Draft financial statements for respective entities

    · Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting and tax regulations and timelines

    Internal Control and Compliance

    · Identify opportunities for process improvements for internal reporting and compliance of accounting policies and procedures

    · Ensure best in practice internal control environment

    HR & Admin

    · Prepare HR policies and procedures in line with legal requirements

    · Assist in the recruitment and selection process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews and facilitating onboarding for new employees

    · Handle immigration and work permit processes for foreign employees, if applicable

    · Assist and Collate employee performance information, including performance evaluations and goals setting and career development planning

    · In charge of all office admin and banking related matters

    · Provide any ad-hoc management support and assist with ad-hoc assignments as assigned by Supervisors

    Requirements:

    · Accountancy Degree or Diploma with relevant experience.

    · A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in handling full Spectrum of Finance and Accounting function

    · Knowledge of Retail operations is an asset

    · Experienced in handling external auditors, tax agents and relevant authorities

    · Meticulous and detailed

    · Committed and able to work independently without supervision

    · Proactive attitude, problem solver

    · Proficiency in accounting software such as XERO, Quickbook and MYOB
