    Roles & Responsibilities

    Monday- Friday

    Office Hours

    Location: Centre Area

    Responsibilities

    General Accounting

    • Oversee the Finance division, handle full set of accounts
    • Oversee cash flow management, AP and AR functions
    • Review AP entries/ AP payments and reimbursements
    • Review AR aging/ AR collections
    • Handle regular management reporting, yearly budgeting and forecast
    • GST filing,Tax schedules preparation
    • Prepare for audit, liaise with external auditors
    • Handle insurance matters for the company
    • Handle other government required returns
    • Any other ad-hoc finance duties or projects

    Project Accounting

    • Manage project accounts including costs, billing and revenue.
    • Work closely with project managers
    • Keep up to date on status of direct costs, overhead costs, and any revenues in various projects
    • Reporting on project's budget and breakdown structure
    • Track expenditure of resources

    Requirements

    • Degree in Accountancy, ACCA or related qualifications
    • Experienced in both general accounting And Project Accounting. Experience in handling accounting for projects is a must.
    • Meticulous with an eye for details
