RESPONSIBILITIES

Executive, Program Management
To meet growing demands, our Program management team is looking for individuals who are passionate and able to work well under pressure in a fast
- paced, high volume environment. As an integral part of the team, you are required to provide efficient and effective support. You should possess excellent interpersonal and coordination skills, with the ability to multitask on administrative work and adapt to changes. Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Providing Support, Advice and Counselling to Students

Resumption of Studies:


  • Collating and sending of students' documents to MSO
  • Liaison with students on intention and outcome
  • Updating KSS and Navision, and internal parties on the change of status
  • Closure documents and uploading

Intermissions/ Withdrawals:


  • Collating and sending of students' documents to MSO
  • Updating KSS and Navision, and internal parties on the change of status
  • Closure documents and uploading
  • Transfer contracts explanation
  • Welcome Orientations/ MUST/ Graduation Ceremonies/ Class Visits
  • Adhoc projects/ audit events, etc
  • Miscellaneous administrative matters (such as attendance checks, tracking of students, performing course evaluations, etc, as necessary)

QUALIFICATIONS

Job Requirements:


  • Min Diploma/Degree Holder
  • Excellent Customer service & communication skill
  • General Administration.
  • 1 year experience in Administration is preferred
  • Prior experience in the education industry is preferred
