    Role Overview:

    We are seeking a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our Healthcare team. As a pivotal member of our team, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening candidates to managing client relationships. This is a 360-degree recruitment role where you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the healthcare industry.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Source and attract qualified candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media platforms, and networking events.
    • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications, skills, and fit for specific roles.
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals and clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide tailored solutions.
    • Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, providing support and guidance throughout the hiring process.
    • Negotiate offers and facilitate the placement process, ensuring a seamless experience for both candidates and clients.
    • Keep abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes affecting the healthcare sector to provide informed advice and recommendations.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
    • Proven experience in recruitment, preferably within the healthcare industry.
    • Strong understanding of healthcare roles, qualifications, and licensing requirements.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and clients.
    • Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving recruitment targets and exceeding client expectations.
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and recruitment software.
