Position Overview:

As a Fund Raiser, you will play a pivotal role in securing financial commitments from investors, both institutional and individual, to fuel the growth of our investment portfolio.

You will work closely with the Investment team to understand the company's investment strategies and opportunities, and then leverage your expertise and network to build lasting relationships with potential investors.

This position requires a combination of financial acumen, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to articulate the value proposition of our investment opportunities.

**Responsibilities: 1.


Fundraising Strategy:
Collaborate with the Investment team to formulate fundraising strategies aligned with the company's investment goals and market trends.

Identify Prospective Investors:

Conduct research and identify potential investors, including institutional investors, family offices, high-net-worth individuals, and strategic partners, who align with our investment focus.


3. Investor Relationships**:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential LPs, identifying their investment interest and needs through networking, meetings, and industry events.

Collaborate with team members to form insights of value to Limited Partners and tailor them for each LP.

Present Investment Opportunities:

Prepare compelling presentations, pitch materials, and investment memorandums to articulate the value proposition and potential returns of investment opportunities to potential investors.

Negotiation and Closing:
Lead negotiations with investors, addressing their queries, concerns, and due diligence requirements to facilitate successful fundraising rounds.

Investor Reporting:
Provide regular updates to existing investors, keeping them informed about the performance of their investments and the overall portfolio.

Market Intelligence:

Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes affecting the fundraising landscape, and incorporate relevant insights into fundraising strategies.

Compliance and Documentation:
Ensure all fundraising activities adhere to regulatory requirements and maintain accurate records of investor interactions and documentation.

Maintain CRM:
Maintain and manage CRM of qualified leads, and generate analyzed and actionable reports regularly. Drive projects related to lead generation, sales pipeline, and organising fundraising roadshows. Identify and implement tools and technology to optimize fund raising and reporting process.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field. An MBA or CFA qualification is a plus.

5 years proven experience in fundraising, investor relations, or a related field within the finance industry, preferably within Venture Capital or Private Equity.


  • Strong knowledge of financial markets, investment products, and fundraising practices.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to convey complex investment concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • A well-established network of potential investors in Singapore and the broader Asia-Pacific region is highly desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a proactive and self-motivated approach.
  • Ethical, professional, and able to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
