Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to play a critical role in our projects. The successful candidate will leverage their expertise in project and team management. The primary focus will be on effectively coordinating and leading teams, managing timelines, and facilitating smooth project operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring their effectiveness and adherence to Agile principles.
• Monitor/manage Scrum KPIs and communication of results to senior management.
• Effectively communicate with stakeholders, understand their requirements, and manage expectations to ensure project success.
• Coordinate project planning, execution, and delivery while considering the nature of the project and the operational challenges faced.
• Monitor team capacity and project timelines, adjusting priorities and resources to meet sprint objectives and deadlines.
• Identify and remove impediments to the team's progress, enabling the team to focus on sprint goals and deliverables.
• Foster collaboration within the team and across teams, encouraging effective communication and a culture of continuous improvement.
• Identify subject matter experts (SMEs) within the team and delegate tasks accordingly, maximizing team productivity and knowledge sharing.

Key Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Scrum Master, preferably in managing large projects, multiple Scrum squads.
• Excellent understanding of Scrum processes and execution of Scrum activities
• Proven track record in Salesforce implementation projects and SAP ECC integration projects
• Strong knowledge on the Trade and Transaction processes like trade capture, deal capture etc...
• Strong stakeholder management skills to effectively communicate and align project objectives.
• SAFe certification and experience with SAFe projects is highly advantageous
