    Introduction to the role:

We are looking for an Organisational Change Manager to provide change management and communications support to our key projects, identifying, prioritising, and supporting engagement with key stakeholders, preparing relevant communication and related materials, coaching leaders and team members to ensure a successful and sustainable implementation of the programme strategy, transformation activities, and new ways of working.
As a Change Manager, you can bring different specialist skillsets to focus on the impact of change. This involves focusing on the 'human factors' of change - identifying the impact on people, achieving 'readiness' for change, and mitigating risks to adoption and usage. It also includes working as part of a multidisciplinary team, to ensure good project communications and good stakeholder engagement to drive overarching project success.

    What you will do:
    • Creating Awareness - ensure that all impacted stakeholders know the change is coming and most importantly 'why', to create the Desire to change.
    • Identifying and engaging all impacted stakeholders - not just the obvious ones, prepare and analyse the stakeholder matrix and perform stakeholder impact analysis.
    • Assessing and documenting the 'impact' of the change on each stakeholder group i.e. analyse current state of people, policies, processes and systems and how the change will impact these to deliver the new future state.
    • Working with leaders and the team members to develop and/ or drive a change management strategy.
    • Planning and executing change strategies and plans, ensuring full adoption, with minimum disruption to the business.
    • Ensuring each stakeholder group is engaged and informed, at the right time with the right level of information that is relevant and meaningful from their perspective, at various stages throughout the project.
    • Ensuring the stakeholders are adequately trained with the Knowledge and Ability they need to adopt the change i.e. new policies, processes and / or systems training.
    • Manage and coordinate comms across program and in-flight projects for consistency.
    • Driving deployment and change adoption into the organisation.
    • Closely collaborate with teams from other related projects to develop centralised view of change impacts and key stakeholders.
    What you will need:
    • Change management experience in a large global organisation - while formal training qualification of change management and Safe Agile methodology is highly desirable, we value hands on experience and proven track record in successful delivery of change.
    • High emotional intelligence - this is needed to form relationships, understand, and resolve competing needs and priorities.
    • Change management expertise including change management strategy development and implementation planning, benefits realisation, change adoption, change impact assessment, business readiness.
    • Experience in delivering complex change projects with organisational wide impact, across multiple industries and different styles of change (e.g., technology, process re-design, restructuring etc).
    • Excellent planning and organising skills in managing and executing multiple concurrent workstreams of change with ability to set priorities and meet deadlines to ensure timely delivery of business outcomes.
    • Must be able to work at the strategic, but also operational change management level, depending on project requirements.
    • Able to build effective working relationships with peers, vendors and stakeholders
    • Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, vendor management and negotiation skills
    • Proven leader with the ability to coach, motivate and influence team members from a wide variety of backgrounds to deliver high quality outcomes
    • Change Management certification or substantial equivalent experience of specialist professional development in change management - PROSCI Change Management certification would be advantageous.
    • Agile & Hybrid Agile experience. SAFe certification is highly desirable.
