Responsibility

Job Scope

Client onboarding & annual review including KYC/AML
Liaise with private banks as regards account opening, private banks' enquiries / review trades, retrocession and other fees
Understand client requirements and assist Relationship Managers in daily maintenance of account relationships
Takes prompt and appropriate action to address client feedback and complaints.
Preparation of reports to clients
Adhoc duties as assigned by management
