Responsibility

Job Scope

  • Client onboarding & annual review including KYC/AML
  • Liaise with private banks as regards account opening, private banks' enquiries / review trades, retrocession and other fees
  • Understand client requirements and assist Relationship Managers in daily maintenance of account relationships
  • Takes prompt and appropriate action to address client feedback and complaints.
  • Preparation of reports to clients
  • Adhoc duties as assigned by management

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree
  • Minimum 1 year experience in the Banking industry
  • Excellent analytical skills
  • Advanced MS Office skills
  • Verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to multitask
  • Detailoriented, organized, meticulous and number savvy
  • Strong work ethic and professional habits
  • Selfstarter / Selflearner
  • Works well in a small team and good team player
  • Working hours are from Mon
  • Fri 9 am to 6 pm
