Job Description:

Roles & Responsibilities

Research weekly social media news and updates
Conduct social media audits and competitor analysis
Write content calendars and work on simple visual assets
Support on monthly reports, analyzing performance and providing insights and recommendations
Participate in brainstorms for creative ideas, campaigns, and competitions
Conduct community management and schedule posts
Participate in ad building and optimization sessions with the team
Has an interest in event marketing, digital marketing, and design
Provide general administrative support & other adhoc duties as assigned by the sales & marketing department

Requirements:

Min. Nitec/ Diploma in marketing, business, communications or a related field
Good written and verbal communication skill (English and Mandarin to communicate with mandarin speaking clients)
Strong attention to details and meticulous
Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with colleagues
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills
Highly organized and able to multitask effectively
