Description

• Assist M& E Manager who is responsible for M&E aspects of TBM operations including planning, execution, monitoring, budgeting, cost control & contracts & administration of all projects.
• Planning, controlling and coordinating of mechanical and electrical works for board tunneling project
• Coordinate & liaise with various related parties including customer, consultants, sub-contractor on site to ensure project requirement are met.
• Checks discrepancies between project drawings and technical specification
• Follow up on the TBM operation progress
• Plan, purchase, install & maintain all the machines & all electrical related facilities at site

· Educational Level and the field of study:

Degree in Mechanical Engineering / Electrical & Electronics/ Building Services or equivalent

· Type of experience required:

• Obtain hands-on tunnel projects site experience
• More than 10m diameter EPB TBM tunneling works experiences
• Familiar with simultaneous ring built system during TBM excavation
• Experience in Drill & Blasting method or mechanical excavation method
• Able to read electrical and mechanical drawings and create drawings by AUTO CAD
• Familiar with special tunnel facility like, Tunnel conveyor system, Multi Service Vehicle(MSV), tunnel drainage with vacuum pump system, various mobile crane & gantry crane operation

· Amount of experience:

• Min 1 years site experience in board tunnel TBM operations as an M&E Engineer
• Min 4 years hands on tunnel project site experience by using Drill & Blasting or mechanical excavation method.
