Description

(a) Servers provisioning and administration;
(b) Certificates and CA administration;
(c) Servers and Services monitoring;
(d) Server maintenance;
(e) Storage Area Network (SAN) Administration;
(f) Storage space provision and administration;
(g) Backup and recovery administration; (h) Server security administration;
(i) Capacity planning and management,

(j) Servers and Services performance and fault management;
(k) Problem identification and resolution;
(l) Report requirements;
(m) Inventory and Asset Management for Server and Storage equipment.

Microsoft Domain Controllers and AD services;
Remote Access Services (RAS) configured on Windows, Unix or Linux OS;
DNS;
CyberArk software;
Endpoint security policy support
System Centre Configuration Manager (SCCM), and System Center Operations Manager (SCOM) Services and Operations Management Suite (OMS);
Provision of Storage space for new servers and archival requirements; Web Server
Unless otherwise mentioned in Part 2 Requirement Specification, Contractor shall manage the Web servers up to Operating System (OS) which includes Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS);

Application Server

Unless otherwise mentioned in Part 2 Requirement Specification, Contractor shall manage the Application servers up to Operating System (OS) which includes Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS);
Database Server Unless otherwise mentioned in Part 2 Requirement Specification, Contractor shall manage the Database servers up to Operating System (OS) which includes Microsoft Internet Information Services (IIS)
User administration including administration of user accounts, FTP / SFTP accounts and granting access to files and directories;
Manage and maintain system utilities and scripts vulnerability scan and address all vulnerability detected (x) Monthly and ahhoc review of server local accounts.
