    Roles & Responsibilities

    Responsibilities:

    • Cold – Calling to prospective clients
    • To promote Crystal Freight Services – Ocean / Air / Total Logistics Services. Plan and propose solutions to meet customers business objectives
    • Aggressively source and secure new accounts and business.
    • Establish strong customer base
    • Ensure customer service satisfaction and good client relationship through regular calls and customers meetings. Handle customer complaints and provide corrective actions promptly.
    • Monitor and ensure prompt payments for customer receivables.
    • Source and develop client referrals.
    • Ensure accurate and timely sales reporting to HOS.
    • Perform any other job-related duties assigned by HOS
    • Contributing to the development of marketing strategies.
    • Achieve set sales targets and ensure all business transactions meet P&L objectives

    • Any other duties as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Minimum GCE 'N' level or SPM
    • Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Air or Sea freight forwarding (Must)
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office
    • Strong proficiency in both written and spoken English communication.
    • Possess own transport

    Working hours:

    5 Days Work Week

    Monday to Friday AM to 6.15 PM
