Description
Prior experience in procurement process.- Knowledge on IT matters.
- Good communication skills.
- Good command of written and verbal English.
- Monitor various software/hardware license and maintenance contract life cycle.
- Maintain and ensure that the Software Licenses and Hardware maintenance team site is uptodate.
- Liaise with various vendors for budgetary quotation.
- Prepare various procurement documents, e.g. Submit Request for Purchase in IT system, approval paper, tender specification, tender evaluation and tender recommendation for award.
