Responsibilities:


  • Safely and securely transport packages to customers within designated timeframes, ensuring their integrity throughout the delivery process.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by maintaining a professional and courteous attitude during all deliveries, ensuring a positive experience for customers.
  • Verify the identity of customers to ensure that packages are handed to the correct recipient.
  • Deliver packages to accurately designated locations, following precise instructions to guarantee successful deliveries.
  • Maintain precise and detailed delivery records, obtaining proof of delivery to ensure accurate documentation.
  • Promptly report any deliveryrelated issues or customer concerns to the appropriate supervisor.
  • Communicate promptly with the operations team in case of any issues that may affect the timely delivery of packages.
  • Strictly adhere to all traffic laws and regulations to always uphold safe driving practices, prioritizing the safety of oneself and others on the road.
  • Assist the supervisor with any adhoc duties assigned.

Requirements:


  • Valid class 2B license
  • Own a motorbike equipped with a secure boot/storage compartment for transporting packages safely.
  • Clean driving record.
  • Possess a strong familiarity with local roads, routes, and traffic patterns.

Working Arrangement:


  • 5 working days including weekends
