Tech Observer Asia Pacific (Tech Observer) is an end-to-end contract research organisation with offices in Singapore, Europe, India and the USA.


Our project management team has been working with clients in Singapore, Asia Pacific, Europe and North America from pharmaceutical, medical devices and biotechnology settings to manage clinical trial projects from a wide range of therapeutic area including oncology, cardiovascular, consumer health and pyschiatry.

We are now looking for a project management intern to be part of the team.

**Through the internship, the intern will have a unique opportunity to have a close look on the life cycle of clinical trial, with a focus on project management.

Responsibilities

  • Support project managers and be involved in the process of managing clinical trial projects across various therapeutic areas.
  • Provide daytoday departmental/project support activities, such as managing study supply inventory and orders, shipping, filing, etc.
  • Conduct and coordinate research related activities and projects in the department according to Good Clinical Practice guidelines and other applicable regulatory and ethical requirements.
  • Maintaining proper filing and documentation of Clinical trial files and/or electronic Trial master file.
  • Participate in functional meetings and to coordinate/provide minutes for department/project meetings or conference calls.
  • Monitor, track and update study recruitment/data entry trackers, logs and reports.
  • Any other adhoc duties as assigned.

Prerequisites

  • Bachelor's Degree in biological scientific field.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Enthusiasm for communicating scientific/technical knowledge and ideas.
  • Willing to listen and see the needs of clients (serviceoriented mindset).
  • Mature & independent.
  • Open to multicultural and multinational work settings.
  • Ability to interact with various functional areas and levels.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects/prioritize.
  • Attention to details, flexible and resourceful.
  • Competent in Microsoft Office and desktop publishing software.
  • Competent in Digital/online media.
