Description

Outbound Shipments

• Tracking of all outbound shipments to ensure timely and accurate shipment execution and delivery.
• Planning, co-ordinating and scheduling of export shipments to meet the stipulated timeline given
• Maximize freight and related costs through scheduling and consolidation of export shipments

Inbound shipments

• Ensure prompt and efficient delivery of goods to internal and external customers
• Process all Incoming Shipments
• Prepare Shipment proper in GTS for transmission to Tradenet.
• Ensure Permit declared is in accordance to the Singapore Customs regulations
• Update and complete inbound shipment database daily, maintaining same on a weekly basis ensuring all details are completed.
• Obtain or provide information to customers, airline/shipping lines and government agencies as required.

Job Requirements

• 1-2 years of relevant working experience
• Good communication and co-ordination skills
