Job Description:

Cultivate strong relationships with customers to promote both existing and new products.
Understand customers' needs and recognize sales opportunities.
Collaborate closely with the presales team to coordinate meetings with qualified prospects.
Efficiently handle direct inquiries from prospects, providing necessary information and arranging meetings as required.
Participate in training sessions to gain comprehensive knowledge of our ERP systems and their features.
Maintain regular communication with prospects, nurturing relationships and guiding them through the sales funnel.

Requirements:

Education: Any tertiary level (Poly / ITE / University).
Experience in the same industry is not mandatory, but a minimum of 1 year of sales experience is required.
Proven track record in sales, preferably in the IT or software industry.
Strong understanding of ERP systems and their advantages for businesses.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
