JOB SUMMARY

  • To plan/coordinate & execute activities that are required to meet relevant regulatory requirements.
  • To ensure project activities are done in accordance to the procedures as per execution plan.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Ensure documentation as per internal and/or customer requirements, including but not limited to System Level function matrix, DFMEA, DRBFM, etc., are completed by SME/ R&D personnel
  • Check and ensure project deliverables are created and available within the specified timeline.
  • Review Design for Diagnostic (DfD) with SMEs/R&D personnel
  • Write up/update procedural related documents for continuous process improvement
  • Conduct internal audits
  • Coordinate external audits
  • Perform any other duties assigned by the immediate supervisor

AUTHORITY

  • Authorize to conduct audit
  • Authorize to issue Corrective Action Report
  • Authorize to originate documents with immediate superior's approval

EDUCATION and EXPERIENCE

  • Degree in Quality Management or related discipline with related experience in an electronics manufacturing environment will be preferred.
  • Experience in ISO management and auditing is a must
  • Experience in coordinating FDA inspection is a plus

JOB-RELATED SKILLS & PRE-REQUISITES

  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Resourceful, responsive, reliable and ability to interact with people at all levels
  • Able to work independently
