Marketing Coordinator Job Responsibilities

  • Reports directly to General Manager (GM), and dottedline reporting to Director
  • Engage and manage marketing events which consists media relations, advertising & promotion and social media platform

Digital Marketing:
Create & monitor content for several platforms like Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and LinkedIn

  • Implementing and executing social media strategies and engaging content
  • Good knowledge of social media tools, hashtag research and analytical skills
  • Establish and develop marketing communications collaterals which include magazines, brochures, banners, tent cards, posters, press advertisements, packaging and uniform design
  • Design and layout of print ads and collaterals, digital assets (ie. banners, website layouts, etc) and other related design work as and when needed. Must be comfortable creating assets for social media and aware of the technical limitations
  • Liaise and organise with print vendors, agencies, and other external production resources for all marketing activities to make sure the materials are finalised as optimal output
  • Responsible for photography and video shoot for both internal and external events
  • Create and design promotional materials for social media platforms and advertisements
  • Experience managing Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Google AdWords, Google Analytics as well as SEO functions as it relates to Google placement and driving increased website traffic
  • Handling Google My Business account and replying to Google Reviews
  • Follow brand guidelines to execute a wide variety of activities that involve branding, advertising, social media, partnerships and more
  • Other adhoc duties assigned by General Manager

Job Requirements

  • Diploma or Certification in Marketing, Communications, Media or Business or its equivalent.
  • Knowledge in Graphic Design/Multimedia or a related discipline with minimum 1 year of relevant working experience is an advantage
  • Video editing or web designing skills will be an advantage
  • Proficient in social media and IT skills (Facebook, Instagram, Tiktok, LinkedIn, Wix)
  • Proficient in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom
  • Knowledge in Adobe After Effects and Canva is an added advantage
  • Proficient in Microsoft office software
  • Proficient in photography, videography and video editing skills is an added advantage
  • Positive attitude to work, meticulous and attentive to detail
  • Experienced in content creation for social media platforms: Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok and LinkedIn.
  • Develop new, creative, and highly engaging video content to grow our social media audiences.
  • You're a creative mind with the ability to create fun and original social media content ideas to build awareness.
  • Ability to work creatively and efficiently in a fastpaced, dynamic environment.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work with deadlines and multiple ongoing projects.
