Accounts Executive - Singapore - BIO-DESIGN PTE. LTD.

Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare, analyses and communicate Project Costing, Actuals vs Budget variance, etc

Prepared monthly cash flow for management

Prepare annual budget, rolling forecast for Profit & Loss

Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles

Preparation and submission of GST

Manage and oversee the daily operations of the accounting department such as month and end-year process, accounts payable/receivable, cash receipts, general ledger and etc.

Supervise and provide guidance to accounting staffs on all accounting related matters

Requirements:

At least 4 years relevant working experience

Ability to manipulate large amounts of data

Ability to balance a hands-on role with decision making responsibilities as required of the position.

Good working attitude and team player.

Prefer Chinese speaking

Good interpersonal and communication skills
