    Job Description

    You will be part of the Portfolio Management team at CapitaLand Ascendas REIT Management Limited (CLARML) and report to Vice President, Portfolio Management, International.

    Responsibilities

  • Support the Vice President of International Portfolio Management to oversee the strategic, operational and financial performance of a portfolio(s) of properties within A-REIT's AUM overseas comprising Australia, United Kingdom, Europe and USA
  • Work closely with overseas operations to develop asset plans, including 'hold-sell analysis', to maximise value of portfolio(s) through formulation, development and implementation of strategies for marketing, leasing, property management, asset enhancement and sustainability
  • Identify and drive redevelopment opportunities to maximise value of properties
  • Identify and drive divestment opportunities to recycle capital
  • Monitor and analyse financial and operational performance of portfolio(s) and work with partners including asset managers, leasing / account managers and property managers to maximise operational efficiency and financial performance, and deliver the business plan and sustainability target for the portfolio(s)
  • Review overseas reports and approval submissions
  • Oversee the annual valuation of properties in portfolio(s)
  • Work closely with overseas operations to align their policies and processes with HQ
  • Requirements

  • Degree in Real Estate / Business / Finance or related discipline
  • Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in real estate industry, preferably with experience managing business space, industrial or logistics assets
  • Familiar with real estate markets, valuation methodologies and asset management
  • Possess strong analytical and financial skills
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills
  • Able to multi-task and meet tight deadlines
  • Able to work with members across various organisational teams towards aligned objectives
