Clinic Assistant Wanted

Work Location:

Orchard Area
We are looking for a motivated and friendly individual to join our clinic as a Clinic Assistant.

In this role, you will be responsible for assisting with various administrative and clinical tasks to ensure the smooth running of our busy clinic.


Responsibilities:


  • Greet patients and visitors in a warm and welcoming manner
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient records using our electronic system
  • Assist doctors and nurses with basic clinical procedures such as measuring vital signs and preparing patients for exams
  • Keep the clinic clean and organized
  • Handle phone calls and respond to patient inquiries in a professional and courteous manner

Requirements:


  • Prior experience in a clinic or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work well in a team and under pressure
  • Familiarity with basic computer skills and electronic medical records systems
  • Willingness to learn and take on new tasks as needed

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$2, $3,500.00 per month
