Description

Responsibilities:


  • Work closely with the development team and end users to understand system requirements and translate them into test cases.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring their resolution and retesting.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to understand business processes and ensure the software meets the needs of end users.
  • Conduct system integration testing to ensure smooth interaction between different modules of the Epic Systems software.
  • Develop and maintain accurate documentation of test cases, test scripts, and test results.
  • Participate in the continuous improvement of the QA process, identifying areas for enhancement and implementing best practices.

Qualifications & Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Analyst in a hospital or healthcare setting.
  • Deep understanding of Epic Systems software, including modules such as EHR, revenue management, and clinical decision support systems.
  • Excellent knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex software defects.
  • Proven track record of designing and executing comprehensive test plans.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work crossfunctionally with technical and nontechnical teams.
  • Epic Systems certification (preferred).
