This position will be responsible and assist Senior Finance Manager on K-12 schools.

JOB SCOPE

Direct lead and provide guidance to SG K12 schools finance staff and work closely with Business Units.
Responsible to check K12 schools monthly financial report and daily operations for the companies in SG
Review quarterly GST reconciliation and submission
Review corporate tax and provide guidance to junior for deferred tax computation
Work with oversea subsidiaries accounting team (K12 schools) on monthly financial closing as primary point of contact
Prepare annual financial budget and quarterly forecasting for SG K12 companies and coordination with oversea subsidiaries
Assist to consolidate budgeting and quarterly forecast to align the actual data to conso team
Assist to prepare Discounted Cash Flow for annual impairment review
Assist to setup accounting team, standard procedures and accounting system for oversea expansion, if any.
Assist to manage treasury
Assist in enhancement of the financial and management system, internal control, policies and procedures
Liaise with banker, internal auditors, external auditors, tax agents and corporate secretary where appropriate
Other ad hoc duties as assigned.

PROFILE OF COMPETENCY

JOB SPECIFICATION

6+ years of working experience in full sets, operational finance (with min 2 years of managerial experiences)
Bachelor Degree in Finance, Accounting or related discipline (or equivalent professional qualifications)
