    Business Analyst

    The Business Analyst within the Singapore Digital Online Benefits team provides business analysis support to clients and internal business partners where applicable. Their focus is to work closely with assigned clients and relevant teams to gain an in-depth understanding of client and Aon business needs including requirements, processes, services, and technology within the Digital Online Benefits Health Solutions. The role also works on ad-hoc Digital Solutions projects and initiatives to improve productivity and deliver critical solutions across the Asia region.

    What the day will look like

  • Lead business requirements gathering workstream for new client implementations and renewals as per Aon standard models.
  • Conduct requirements workshops and sessions with clients to gather and learn business requirements and client processes, and walkthrough requirements with clients and internal teams.
  • Develop and maintain business requirement documentation as per APAC documentation standards.
  • Help manage Change Requests (CO's) on assigned projects in accordance with APAC and Aon agreed protocols.
  • Responsible for IAT Test Management by ensuring relevant test execution teams conduct and complete testing as per agreed project plans. Detailed Test plans to be prepared and provisioned to testing team.
  • Collaborate and work across multi-disciplinary teams (locally, regionally, and globally) on assigned projects to achieve best business outcomes within all agreed Regional and Aon methodology, best practices, protocols, budgets, timelines, etc.
  • Responsible for stakeholder management on and across assigned projects. This will involve creating and building relationships and partnerships; effective and timely communications, and adapting to multiple competing demands, business and organizational as well as new responsibilities. Stakeholders will be at a variety of levels and include internal and external colleagues, clients and third parties.
  • Where assigned support and manage TBS regression testing as per Aon's release management workstream. This may include being available during specific agreed weekends as per the release schedule.
  • Where assigned undertake project management on relevant internal and external projects.
  • Help support and work with the regional team on productivity efficiency and continuous improvements projects and initiatives across all assigned projects.
  • Skills and experience that will lead to success

  • Have at least 2-3 years' experience as a Business Analyst
  • Experience in the Insurance industry (Employee Benefits Insurance preferred)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
  • Experience with Structured Query Language (SQL) preferred
  • Strong analytical, oral and written skills
  • Team Player with a positive attitude
  • Able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to engage in multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, in a dynamic multi-national work environment.
