    Roles & Responsibilities

    Job Description:

    Responsible for overall administrative duties for office, warehouse and retail shops:

    Stationeries

    Maintanence of facilities

    Application and renewal of licenses and insurances

    Organizing company records

    Arranging new telephone line and broadband for new shops

    Support in HR activities such as recruitment, updating employee records, applying passes and arrange courses for employees etc.

    Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

    Requirements

    A level or tertiary education

    Prior relevant work experience in retail industry will be an advantage.

    Good organization and time management skills

    Dynamic and resourceful personality

    Available immediately will be an advantage

    Familiar in Infotech HR software will be an advantage
