About the Recruitment Lead Role

We are seeking a highly skilled individual to join our HR department as a Recruitment Lead.

As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations and managing recruiters' performance. You will also collaborate with management to develop effective hiring strategies and drive recruitment efforts.

This is a critical role that requires strong analytical and reporting skills, as well as excellent communication abilities. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify talent gaps and project timelines.

Your responsibilities will include:

Recruitment Team Management: Manage the day-to-day activities of the recruitment team and track their performance against set Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
Hiring Strategies: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies.
Candidate Engagement: Serve as the primary point of contact between hiring managers and the recruitment team.
Compliance: Ensure that all recruitment processes comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Talent Acquisition: Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to identify talent gaps and project timelines.
Performance Monitoring: Conduct regular reviews of recruitment progress to identify areas for improvement.
Reporting: Present weekly updates on recruitment status to the Management Team.
Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our recruitment processes.
Pipeline Development: Develop relationships with local educational institutions to attract fresh graduates for key positions.
Career Fairs: Lead recruitment efforts at career fairs and maintain relationships with internal and external partners.
Metrics Analysis: Monitor recruitment metrics, such as time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, and candidate quality.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

Bachelor's Degree: A degree in a related field is required.
Experience: No less than 5 years of experience in recruitment, including 2 years of team management experience.
Skills: Advantageous: prior experience in local technical roles or blue-collar recruitment; Mandatory: strong analytical and reporting skills, ability to communicate effectively, capacity to process high-volume positions efficiently.
