Description

Help Desk & IT Support (Information & Communication Technology)Integrated Audio Visual and Videoconferencing solution system configuration, testing, and commissioning.
Provide end-user training on how to use the implemented solutions.

Collaborate with in-house AV Designers and Engineers from various manufacturers and others to develop fully integrated solutions for venues such as meeting rooms, lecture halls, experience centers, command centers, auditoriums, and ballrooms.

Examine the schematic drawings to determine the technical and functional requirements for implementing each solution.
Provide assistance with after-sales services.


Requirements:
Min ITE or Diploma in Audio Visual, IT or Engineering.
With 1-3 years of experience in Testing & Commissioning and System Configuration for AV Solution.
Prior knowledge and experience in the Digital Sound Processor, Amplifier, LED & LDC, speaker, AV switches, videowall, and videoconferencing.
Prior knowledge and experience in AMX, Extron, Crestron, Kramer automation programming and DSP programming is a plus.
