Description
Arrange and schedule in all assigned performances of the company

  • Attend management meeting and manage all the service staffs to execute
  • Work with service staff to ensure that service standard is met
  • Keep and update weekly staff schedule
  • Assist the Sales manager to ensure all the sales target are met
  • In charge of the admin of the staffs including reporting to the management
  • Need to manage the staff and assist the management in handling all the issues of the performers
  • Attend monthly meetings pertaining to operations and sales

Requirements:


  • Ability to communicate well with staff/ performer from East Asia
  • 2 to 3 years' experience as Manager of Pub, night club or related manager
  • Able to communicate well with service staffs/ Sales manager
  • Able to support the sales manager to meet the sales target
