Description

Job scope:

  • Assist with the implementation of global and regional total rewards initiatives
  • Effectively communicate strategies to internal stakeholders and employees in the region, including creating communication materials and facilitating workshops.
  • Review compensation and benefits schemes to ensure market competitiveness.
  • Develop compensationrelated projects and initiatives within the business group.
  • Manage data collection processes, recommend changes, and develop policies and procedures to support those changes.
  • Manage annual compensation audits, merit reviews, and performance bonus exercises.
  • Advise business leaders and employees on compensationrelated policies and practices.
  • Collaborate with vendors on benefits administration, renewals, implementation, and improvement.
  • Handle daily compensation and benefits operational tasks, such as salary proposals and employee queries.
  • Prepare job evaluations for newly created positions.
  • Work closely with APAC C&B to review and maintain salary structure.
  • Oversee longterm incentive share award administration and yearly accruals.
  • Create and manage employee recognition awards.

Requirement:

  • Preferably hold a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field
  • More than 8 years of experience in a large multinational organization
  • Experience in the Retail/ FMCG industry
  • Possess strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly PowerPoint and Excel
  • Have excellent interpersonal, oral/written communication, and presentation skills
