This position report to the Director Infinix Hospitality Management Pte Ltd. Is committed to Administration and management to all IT and IT related applications, systems, network infrastructure, software/hardware and Provide technical advice and end-to-end support.

Job Description :

1. To Plan, track and control entire IT projects from conceptualization to implementation in accordance to business needs.

2.Ensure all systems and network infrastructure are stable and secured with minimum downtime.To Responsible for the administration and maintenance of servers and user accounts

3.To Manage development team to keep project schedules to plan, and to resolve significant technical, resource issues that arise, sensitively and firmly.

4.Review, analyse, evaluate and recommend application systems, hardware and software in accordance to company/business requirements.

5.To provide accessible, timely, effective, efficient, and professional quality service to resolve problems and to delight.

6.Train and guide employees on the use of technology
