    Description
    Korea Sales Market Manager (Korean Speaker Needed)

    We are urgently / actively looking for a strong, ambitious, experienced team leader / sales manager who is capable of handling the work of the department of retention and sales for the Korean market.

    Requirements:


    • Degree holder or Equivalent
    • Work experience in a management position in a CFD/finance broker of 3 years minimum is necessary
    • Experience in sales, Retention and marketing.
    • Developed leadership and organizational skills;
    • Systematic thinking, skills for building business processes;

    Confident PC user:
    MS Office (Excel, Word), internet. CRM, telephony, Backoffice.


    • Korean speakers are required for these position.
    • Strong command of the English language—at least upper-intermediate level
    Duties and Responsibilities:


    • Build and manage each portfolio of the Retention/Sales department by acquiring new and retaining existing clients;
    • Quality control of the work of customer service managers (listening and evaluating a conversation, eliminating errors);
    • Assessment of the effectiveness of managers, preparation of proposals to improve the quality of work;
    • Development and implementation of tools aimed at increasing the involvement and effectiveness of the team;
    • Working with marketing department to search for new campaigns and lead sources.
    • Reports the results of the department to the Director.

    Team / People Management:

    Lead Korean team, interview, hire & train new employees, professional development of the team /individually, conducting master classes, writing sales scripts and managing team targets.


    • Liaise with other departments to escalate and resolve all client issues in a timely manner to ensure a consistently high level of client service
    • Identify process improvements and maintain a full knowledge of Client Services manuals and procedures
    • Undertake such other duties, training and / or hours of work as may be reasonably required and which are consistent with the general responsibility of this role. This may entail occasional after hours' support
