Responsibilities
- Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
- Budgeting and Forecasting: Play a crucial role in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
- Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, providing clear and actionable data to guide decisionmaking processes.

Ensure adherence to financial regulations and standards, while identifying and mitigating financial risks.
- Strategic Planning: Contribute to longterm financial planning and strategy, aligning with company goals and market trends.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively communicate financial insights and strategies to team members and external stakeholders, promoting financial literacy and understanding.
- Process Improvement: Continuously seek ways to improve financial processes, leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with various departments, ensuring financial strategies are integrated across the company.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the financial services or tech industry.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.
- Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
- Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to nonfinancial personnel.
- Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
- CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certification is a plus.
