Responsibilities

  • Financial Analysis: Conduct thorough financial analysis to provide strategic insights and recommendations to both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Budgeting and Forecasting: Play a crucial role in the budgeting and forecasting process, ensuring financial efficiency and cost control.
  • Financial Reporting: Prepare regular financial reports, providing clear and actionable data to guide decisionmaking processes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a finance role, preferably in the financial services or tech industry.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with a proven ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies.
  • Advanced proficiency in financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis.
  • Proficient in financial software and tools, such as Excel, QuickBooks, or similar platforms.
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate financial concepts to nonfinancial personnel.
  • Proven track record in financial planning, analysis, and reporting.
  • CPA, CFA, or other relevant financial certification is a plus.
