Your Responsibilities:

You will be go-to person that oversee the entire lifecycle of a project; from initiation to closure. You are outcome-driven and possess the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.

As a go-getter, you lead by example to steer both internal and external project team members to achieve project objectives.


Responsibilities

  • Manage all aspects of project lifecycle; from initiation, requirements gathering, implementation, training to project closure
  • Develop project plans, coordinate and manage resources throughout the project lifecycle
  • Conduct project review and manage project dependencies proactively
  • Develop stakeholder management plan and continuously engage with key stakeholders
  • Ensure projects are delivered within budget, timeline and scope
  • Identify risks and develop relevant risk mitigation strategies that are consistently implemented where required
  • Manage change management process to maximise business value for our customers

Your Profile:


  • 5 years of project management experience
  • Bachelor's degree from recognised university
  • Excellent communicator with proven track record of managing senior stakeholders
  • Experienced in managing diverse teams
  • Experienced in running projects using both waterfall, agile or hybrid methodologies
  • Strong attention to detail, timelines, and budget
  • Highly adaptable to fast paced environment
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Professional certification such as PMP or PRINCE2 preferred
  • Experience in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) or similar tools such as BI will be advantageous
