Roles & Responsibilities
- The incumbent has to position himself/herself as the legitimate HR top executive, as copilot, sidebyside with SVP HR and President of APAC in order to lead and to proactively support transformation plans towards achieving targeted growth and performance, within an ambitious entrepreneurial mindset.
- Structure and consolidate the Christian Louboutin organisation, still highly entrepreneurial, into an agile and responsive global organisation, while establishing and enhancing a clear HR vision and set of rules for APAC.
- Structuring and adjusting winwin HR policies on key topics such as recruitment, talent management, comp & ben, social relations, internal communications, change management, coaching, leadership succession and more will be instrumental. Further, he/she able to demonstrate that implementation of such policies leads to increased stability and performance for the organisation and its members.
- Lead cultural changes by listening to the "emotional connections in the organisation", internal and external, in order to manage the transition from disruptive emotional drives towards stability and controllable performance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as HR Director
- Experience in leading teams at regional level
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills
- Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
- A business acumen partnered with attention to the human element
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
