Main Responsibilities

  • Maintain uptodate knowledge of all applicable emergency procedures and safety equipment, operating manuals, Cabin Safety Instructions and Cabin Services Circulars.
  • Lead a team of Cabin Crew working in own section of cabin.
  • Regular coordination with the Crew In-Charge to ensure all areas are effectively supervised and a high standard of safety and service is delivered and maintained throughout the flight.
  • Responsible for assigned zone inflight sales cash management and reconciliation activities.
  • Complete relevant reporting documentation as required for each duty.
  • Ensure safety of all personnel onboard of Company aircraft are well taken care of.
  • Ensure inflight satisfaction of passengers on board Company aircraft.
  • Check grooming standards of cabin crew.
  • Ensure crew welfare and safety at out ports.
  • Participate as an active team member, ensure a cooperative and harmonious work environment.
  • Closely monitor and coach supernumerary (SNY) crew and probationary crew.
  • Provide line training and support the development to cabin crew, counsel where necessary for noncompliance to company procedures.
  • Conduct cabin crew performance assessment as required.
  • Operate as Crew-InCharge on the aircraft.
  • Any other adhoc assignment as required by the Company.

Requirements:


  • Minimum of 2,500 flying hours as a Cabin Crew
