Roles & ResponsibilitiesMain Duties & Responsibilities
Daily:
Attend for incoming phone calls
Attend to Emails
Schedule Sales Appointments
Prepare Sales Documents e.g.
Customer Purchase Order (PO), Invoices (Inv.), Delivery Order (DO)
Delivery Order Arrangements (indicate Date, Time, Sign, Lorry No, Driver Contact No)
Customer Self-Collection – Delivery Order Note required 2 copies
3rdPart Transport – Delivery Oder Note required 3 copies (Transporter sign / One for site / One for Transporter C/o – billing purpose)
Monthly:
Monitor worker attendance / Overtime
Worker performance report /Work Order
Overtime vs Productivity
Worker Dormitory House Keeping Check
Perform administrative general admin duties eg. Filling, Mailing, any Ac-Hoc duties e.g.
Data Entry – Rebar BBS
Double check and clarify all the required information are accurate
Prepare Label – Rebar Tag
Ensure BBS Copy is customer CONFIRMED / APPROVED BBS
Label Tag with Wire
Ensure the Cut Length Copy is attached.
Double check all the items, Qty, Projects, C/O is accurate
NO discrepancy is allowed for REBAR document preparation
Job Requirement:
1. Minimum GCE 'O' Levels with working experience
2. Experience in data entry would be an advantage
3. Possess initiative, responsibility and able to work independently
4. Good interpersonal and communication skills
5. Able to start work in short period
6. Work Hours: Monday to Friday / 9.00am to 6.00pm (1 hour lunch)
Saturday / 9.00am to 1.00pm
