Expand customer network

Solicit director feedback and suggestions to improve processes and product.
Assist in Xco brand communication and marketing campaign planning and execution.
Engage and be responsible in ensuring the organization achieve its KPIs targets.
Explore and develop new business opportunities for Contract Logistics in Indonesia and other Southeast Asia countries.
Build a strong Contract Logistics opportunity pipeline in Indonesia and other Southeast Asia countries in conjunction with the sales & operations teams.
Cooperate with Business Units, identification and delivery of Logistics solution capability to match existing/potential customer & future market needs.
Prepare and conduct customer visits, calls, presentations and commercial and contractual discussions as required.
Be responsible for proposal compilation, quotation and presentation for new business inquiries.
Coordinate with internal parties for new customer implementation including project plan, solution design, warehouse setup, SOP, cost analysis and contracting etc. ensuring project implementations in good order.
Liaise with vendors/3PLs ensuring operation performance meets customer requirement.
Other assignments may be directed by the Management.
