Description

The key focus of the role is to manage and ensure the delivery of cybersecurity remediation and improvement projects in the APAC region, coordinate the cross-team resources and liaise with both regional management and Global IT production coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the IT Production streams of global cybersecurity improvement program in APAC and ensure the delivery of various projects throughout the APAC region on the following topics: Cryptography, Data Security, Advanced Network Security, Internet and Unified Comms, and workspace devices Security.
Communication with all local stakeholders and IT team point of contact relative to projects deliverables
Cultivate trusted partner relationships with stakeholders; keep a consistent and open dialogue to uncover issues, challenges, risks

You have experience in:

Organising program steering committee meetings and working groups; maintaining roadmaps and project reports
Documenting budget needs, and headcount tracking for all IT deliverables and managing budget execution
Leading SMEs in various streams to deliver on project execution needs and deliver compliance evidence
Coordinating various stakeholders (SME, SPOC, managers) to move the project forward. Escalate as needed
Maintaining and managing the documentation related to the project
5+ years of information security experience and/or IT risk management experience with a focus on security, performance, and reliability
Reporting skills to accurately report advancements and challenges as well as maintain the project's documentation

Specific Qualifications Required:

Proven structured project management experience in deploying securityrelated initiatives or program
Proven stakeholder and interpersonal management skills
Communication and ability to negotiate and provide solutions
Previous experience in one or more large multinational financial Institutions
Writes clearly and informatively with a high level of sophistication.
Experience with network security technologies and architectures such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, DMZ architecture, Content filtering, etc.
Experience with Patching and Asset Management activities
Experience with Identity and Access management activities
Experience with Security Architecture review activities
Capable of adapting to a new environment and working under pressure towards tight deadlines
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus
One of the following certifications: CISSP, CISM, SSCP, CEH, or CSSLP is a plus
