    Strategic Planning Director

    We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to join as a key strategic resource. We offer a great springboard for bright minds to become an integral contributor to the growth story of one of the world's largest communication agency. We seek someone who is sharp, flexible and agile.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Define problems and challenges for client's brands based on in-depth situation analysis.
    • Design and structure researches and gather data to identify powerful insights.
    • Leads strategic thinking for pitches and new business projects.
    • Develop full scale strategy for local/regional marketing communication campaigns.
    • Create effective digital strategies based on in-depth knowledge/understanding of data and platforms.
    • Conceptualize and manage a complex, multi-channel campaign across the various phases of the funnel/consumer journey
    • Prepare for the powerful presentation based on the expertise in using various documentation tools.
    • Work with your direct reports and colleagues within primary area of specialty and across other specialty areas to create, present and execute communication plans for assigned client brands
    • Serve as first level coach and supervisor to one or more planners to support their knowledge of agency, client, vendor and industry basics as well as their overall skill development in the execution or monitoring of experience plans
    • Think beyond traditional solution for brands.
    • Lead clients meeting as a project leader.

    Key Requirements:

    • 12+ years of experience in the integrated marketing communication business in the planning function
    • A proven track record of delivering highly effective large scale communication initiatives
    • Experienced in holistic digital campaigns that cuts across paid, owned, earned digital touchpoints
    • Excellent client management skills
    • Vocal and confident disposition
    • Possess strong presentation skills
    • Hold a Bachelor's degree at minimum
