Description

Responsible for overseeing the operations department ensuring that the process, people and service delivery meet the service standards

  • Plan the objectives of the operations department
  • Review the operations process ensuring that they are adhered to and improved upon to improve efficiency
  • Manage manpower planning and requirement; ensuring sufficient resources are available to meet the operations needs
  • Manage the fleet of company vehicles to ensure it is well maintain and look after
  • Work with other Departments to ensure that workflow from the Sales to the Administration/Accounts department is smooth and efficient
  • When required, travel with the Technician to attend to key customers as well as resolve any issues in relation to operations
  • Conduct training to the team on operation process, service calls, and customer management
  • Optimal usage of resources manpower, equipment cost, process efficiency
  • Leadership abilities to lead and coach the team
  • Overall service and maintenance turnaround time

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$3, $5,320.00 per month


Schedule:

  • Day shift

  • Performance bonus
